less angry

less angry is a poetry zine that navigates what it means to come through the other side of bad times. It  attempts to talk about those times. How do you find love, hate the people who hurt you, and use coping behaviours that aren't compulsive lying, while trying to find your footing in real life? What do you say when you wait to feel less angry before speaking, or wait to feel less in general?
